The service
We offer free invoice, estimate, and receipt PDF generators for planning and client communication. Outputs are not legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Sales tax rates and taxability are entered by you. We do not determine whether your services are taxable in your jurisdiction.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any tool or page without notice.
Optional paid digital products
The PDF generators on this site are free and do not require payment, login, or a subscription.
We may offer optional one-time digital downloads (for example a Premium Job Kit workbook and document pack) sold through Lemon Squeezy. Those purchases are a single upfront payment, not a recurring monthly or annual subscription on contractorinvoicemaker.com.
Checkout and payment processing for paid products happen on Lemon Squeezy's hosted checkout page. Lemon Squeezy's terms, tax handling, and refund policies apply to those transactions. Email us at invoice@hublo.ai if you have trouble accessing a purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at abusive rates, or use automated means to interfere with other users.
Do not misrepresent generated PDFs as official tax filings, licensed professional certifications, or guaranteed payment instruments.
